Weston Youth Lacrosse Tournament Team Program
Weston Youth Lacrosse offers a Tournament Team Program for players who want to play more lacrosse and are focused on lacrosse as their spring sport.
The Tournament Teams are offered for boys and girls in grades 5th through 8th. Players must also play on their MBYLL-boys and FGLL-girls town teams.  As a result, tournament team players will be committing to play lacrosse up to five days a week. While we will work closely with other town programs (baseball, softball and soccer) to avoid conflicts, we cannot guarantee they won’t occur and we will expect tournament team members to prioritize their spring sport commitment to lacrosse.
Our tournament program will not compete with the Sunday MBYLL and FGLL town programs, but will serve as a complement for more experienced and committed players. Competition will be at a higher level than our town MBYLL and FGLL team programs. Tournament team participants must also register, attend practices, and play in games for our regular town MBYLL and FGLL team program. Our tournament teams play against other local tournament teams in the area. There is separate registration and fee associated with this program.
